Multi Skilled Operative

Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Sheffield on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including;

• • Plumbing

  • Carpentry

  • Painting and Decorating

  
  
• Maintain and care for all company tools
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
• Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation

Who are we looking for?

• Previous trades experience
• Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
• Understanding of local government
• Experience of Partnership arrangements
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
• Ability to competently operate MS office

This role includes a DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
