- Maintain a safe working environment in the area by supporting and enforcing standards as set out in the Group SHE policy.
- Responsible for creating traceability / maintain KPI’s, CCP’s and must complete paperwork accurately and on time, escalating any out of specification challenges.
- Adhere to set processes relating to the site Allergen and Vegan procedures if applicable.
- If you trained and responsible for dismantling any parts of machinery you must ensure procedures are being followed to reassemble machines ensuring all nuts, bolts, safety guards etc are in place and secured.
- Responsible for following the plan: this would include tasks such as monitoring the weight, flour dusting, temperature, creating traceability codes, proving time and dough return/waste dough, titration checks and metal checks.
- Complete daily pre-start up and any related checks.
- Maintain a safe working environment in the area by supporting and enforcing standards as set out in the Group SHE policy.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out according to the standard operating and cleaning procedures in terms of GMP, food safety, presentation and housekeeping.
- Complete paperwork accurately, clearly and on time and escalate any out of specification challenges.
- Create and maintain a tidy working environment following the clean as you go policy and have a proactive approach to GMP.
- Responsible for dismantling any parts of machinery and must ensure procedures are being followed to reassembled machines ensuring all nuts, bolts, safety guards etc are in place and secured.
- Responsible for following the plan and recording all downtime and entering relevant information into the automated OEE system.
- Responsible for all food safety and legality checks to enable the business to prove due diligence.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a food manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and undertake food safety qualification
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to apply attention to detail to ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- A conscientious attitude
- We require all applicants to have a basic understanding of English Literacy and Numeracy
