Would you like to work as a Multi Skilled Operator for a company which specialises in putting sustainability in the heart of packaging prepress, this is the role for you. My client is looking for a Multi Skilled Operator to join their team. My client focusses of high quality and innovative reprographics for flexible packaging and labels.

Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Operator:

• Lead from the front with enthusiasm and drive, demonstrating a 'can do' attitude and a will to win.
• To support the compliance to BRC.
• To ensure all staff are fully trained and competent and are signed off using documented training aids.
• Embrace problem solving tools and techniques to ensure correct root cause analysis is completed where necessary.
• Participate in and embrace all forms of training and development.
• To cover other areas of the business, where necessary to support safety, quality, and delivery.
• Working with the General Manager to undertake any/all H+S actions
• Take ownership of key projects which drives customer satisfaction.
• Support with the implementation of WPO and ensure standards are maintained.
• Support with the introduction of site / cell based visible metrics which drives improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Operate various machines, including digital printing press, lamination and slitting machines.
• From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
• You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager.
• You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.

• Energetic
• Capable of and comfortable with acting under light supervision
• Leadership with ability to motivate and manage in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to coach and develop others
• High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
• Ability to work under pressure
• Full driving licence
