About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Plastering Tiler to join our busy, high performing Responsive Maintenance Team.
This role is on a 6-month fixed-term contract, on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week.

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Plastering Tiler who has experience of the social housing sector and possesses the skills to carry out similar duties as follows:

  • Remove and refix sanitaryware such as baths, basins and WC’s
  • Remove and refix sink and associated units
  • Remove and refix radiators
  • Ability to install skirting boards and architrave following plastering works
  • Ability to install wall and floor tiles

Furthermore, you will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in.

The ability to work towards deadlines whilst working in a conscientious and tidy manner using your own initiative. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and to be able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
