Multi Skilled Plumber

Job Description

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to fit wet rooms in tenanted and void existing properties.
This will be a long term on-going tempory contract, paying £18p/h and a fuel card and a van
A successful candidate will:
* Have previous expierence working within social housing and relevant organisations
* Expierence working around tenants
* Hold a Full Clean Driving License
* NVQ or equivalent Plumbing
What you will be completing:
* Fitting Bathrooms
* Fitting Wet Rooms
* Working on tenanted and void properties
Multi Skills Required:
* Tiling
* Patch plaster
* Painting and Decorating
* Joinery
Can be paid CIS
