Multi Skilled Plumber required for a Facilities Management Company
Salary to £45K + Various benefits
Based in Essex with travel into London required
THE ROLE

• Complete PPM's and respond to General Plumbing works on customer sites such as Pipework and Pumps
• Also Service and Maintain various Air Conditioning Units such as VRF, Splits, Wall Cassettes, Air Handling Units and occasional Chiller work
• Where possible help complete basic electrical works
• Make sites safe when called out outside of working hours
• Occasionally install Air Conditioning units in Commercial & Residential buildings

THE PERSON

• Experience working as a Plumber is essential, with relevant qualifications
• F GAS Qualified is highly desirable- only outstanding applicants without F GAS will be considered
• 17th or 18th Edition Electrical qualification would be advantageous
• Full UK Drivers licence

THE PACKAGE

• Basic salary to around £45K dependent on experience
• Company Van which is able to be used privately
• On call Rota- if you are called out you will be paid a minimum of 4 hours alongside stand-by pay

THE LOCATION

• Sites will be based around London and Essex with the head office being based in Essex
• As such applicants should ideally live in the: Basildon, Brentwood, Billericay, Chigwell, Camden areas, however applicants will be considered from elsewhere
