Multi Skilled Plumber

Applications are invited for the above permanent, full time post working in Estates and Campus Services within Bangor University. Duties will include general maintenance and repair of various systems (including hot and cold-water distribution, drainage and waste systems, toilets / sinks, pumps, control systems etc.) and general maintenance works (such as basic carpentry work, plaster patching, wall tiling, guttering etc. Candidates should hold a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (Gas Fired Water & Central Heating Appliances) or equivalent qualification and have previous experience of working as a plumber in the building trade, either as a plumber or as a Multi Skilled Plumber. The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible. The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this post.
