SalaryTo provide engineering resource for both Planned and Reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and eliminate quality issues.
To support continuous improvement and ways of working in line with the business strategy.
To comply with legislative, business and site procedures and practices.
Role Accountabilities:
- Fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs of plant and site service equipment utilising Simple Problem Solving to drive 100-year fix mentality
- Planned Maintenance and Maintenance requests.
- Adherence to statutory checks
- Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice
- Carry out Risk Assessments on non-routine tasks
- Use Permit to work systems
- Involvement in Continuous Improvement and Capital projects
- Upkeep of spares - Booking parts in/out of Stores
- Upkeep of all Engineering Technical documentation.
- Support and coach relevant employees in all aspects of shared maintenance
- To undertake training and up skilling programs as directed by business needs.
- Provide effective equipment care
- Deliver effective communication at Cell reviews, Engineering meetings, Engineering Handovers
- Make decisions within the framework of site policies and compliance to customer codes of practice.
