Multi Skilled Trades Person

We are recruiting for a Multiskilled Tradesperson/Handyman/General Builder that is diverse, with a construction industry background, hardworking and specialises in multiple construction trades.
You will be working for a highly recognised Devon, Cornwall and Somerset based Remedial Repair and Building company. 
We are offering a permanent role with an attractive salary, a Van, Fuel card and paid travel times. Self employed!
Experience in the following fields would be advantageous but not essential to have all:

• Roofing - Fitting,Tiling, Flat roofs, Repairs or Remedials
• Rendering
• Cavity Trays
• Plastering
• Window Fitting - Windows and Doors
• Basic Carpentry
• Tiling/Patch Plastering
• Painting
• Generaly handyman works 

Essential Skills

• Basic hand tool experience
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers
• Able to use a smart phone and applications installed to log details for job 
• Driving Licence

Excellent hours of work at Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30/5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour on a self employed basis
