Multi Skilled Tradesman (Electrical)

Multi Skilled Tradesman (Electrical Biased) required to work with a Leciester based Council on permament contract.

My client is looking for an experienced and professional Multi Skilled Tradesman who also posseses electrical knowledge and experience to carry out reactuve and planned maintenance on their domestic council properties across the Leicester region.

Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:

- To execute works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.

- Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable.

- Undertakes a range of repairs & maintenance tasks of a core trade to the agreed quality and performance standards, including enabling and finishing works

- Ensure all KPI's are met including productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept. This list is not exhaustive.

Pay range: 33024 to 35745

Requirements:

- Hold a level 3 Electrical qualification, with 18th edition updates and 2391 inspection and test qualifications and experience

- Must have a full UK manual driving licence

- Must be based in the UK within the Leceister region, please dont not apply if you are based outside of the UK or do not have UK electrical qualifications
