Multi Skilled Tradesman/ Operative

Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with leading Midlands based housing association maintenance divison.

My client requires experienced all round Multi Skilled tradesmen to join their leading maintenance divison. As a Multi Skilled tradesman yoy will carry out reactive plumbing, carpentry, plastering and decorating repairs across Birmingham & the Surrounding region.

Working in both occupied and empty properties, you'll diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs and / or special projects such as aids and adaptions which, dependent on your specialisms, may include:

• Carpentry & joinery - Fitting doors, kitchens, floorboards.
• Plumbing - Fitting bathroom suites, changing tabs, repairing toilets.
• Plastering - Whole walls, ceilings or rooms.
• Decorating - Painting walls, ceiling and woodwork.

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 39 per week Monday - Friday

Salary: £34,918 per annum basic salary - plus £5000 per annum performance bonus, plus average £4,000 call out/ overtime payments

One of loyalty bonus after 12 months of £2000. Out of hours bonuses and increase rates.

Requirments:

• NVQ or City & Guilds in relevant trade eg carpentry, plastering, painting or plumbing etc
• Full UK driving license
• Miminum 3 years trades experience
• IT literate
• Ideally previous experience in a social housing maintenance environment
