Multi Skilled Tradesperson

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Trades Person to join our existing team in delivering a flexible (multi disciplined), first class repairs and maintenance service across the Woburn Estate.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work across multiple disciplines.

Previous experience within a similar environment is essential as is the ability to prioritise a busy workload and problem solve. You will need good communication skills and be customer focussed. Flexibility is vital, together with knowledge of working practices and procedures, especially Health and Safety. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.

Candidates will also be required to undertake on call duties on a rota basis.

A company vehicle is provided that can be used for commuting purposes.
