Multi Sports Coach

The overall purpose of this role is to improve the Physical Activity and Sport opportunities throughout Lichfield
District. The Multi Sports coach will be responsible for leading / assisting the delivery of sessions and events to
increase participation and raise the profile of the benefits of being more physically active more often.
Multi Sports Coaches are responsible for coaching within various projects including Getin2it diversionary
programme, Active Lichfield Health & Wellbeing Programme, holiday programme, and any additional
projects and events throughout the year.

Coaches will be working with young people and adults, delivering high-energy, fun and inclusive sessions
that ensure every participant is engaged and makes progress, regardless of their ability. They will need to maintain professional relationships with children, parents and carers.
