Your new role
This Credit Hire Solicitor role will see you handing an interesting and broad caseload of pre-litigated and litigated multi-track files valued up to £100K. These cases will be from a tactical and strategic perspective. You will carry out complex and technical investigation on claims submitted from a specific opponent. Cases will be a mix of delegated authority and non-delegated authority.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a competent Credit Hire solicitor/CILEX who has experience handling your own caseload of Credit Hire files. Experience handling your own caseload of multi-track files is preferable, but not essential. If you have not handled your own multi-track caseload, then you must have experience assisting on higher value cases. A full knowledge of handling RTA claims through to conclusion via court is necessary as instructions are received at varying stages of the claims process.
