Our client, a prominent legal firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their successful team in either the Manchester or Liverpool office. With a focus on multi-track accident claims, the role encompasses a diverse caseload, including Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Occupier’s Liability, product liability, sports injuries, and injuries caused by animals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of cases from initial interview to trial.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling multi-track cases, including understanding costs and the litigation process.
• Prioritize tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Construct compelling arguments to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Active participation in marketing and business development activities.
• Make informed daily decisions to ensure swift case progression.
Qualifications:
• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation processes.
• Proven experience in running multi-track cases.
