Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 16:00 - Friday 3pm finish
Salary: GBP18 - GBP19 per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience
Must have own van and tools to begin with
Company & Project:
ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Multi Traders for a well established housing associations contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance works within the Norwich area.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:
- As the Multi Trader preferably have experience of working on a planned and reactive works schemes.
- As the Multi Trader you ll complete allocated works within carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing & electrical and plastering and minor repairs.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:
- Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
- Must have experience in a wide range of trades
- Experience working on maintenance projects
- Health and Safety Aware
