Location: Warrington office – Site based around the Miles Platting area of Manchester– typically working 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

You will work on Planned refurbishment works within Social Housing properties. Tenanted properties. The works will be Multi Trade with a strong bias towards Joinery ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will include snagging properties after Kitchen refits, ensuring completed to a high standard, making good any joinery, paint works, filling, tile grouting and sealing of all work tops, meaning your days will be varied and interesting.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, you must have Joinery experience, working on kitchen snags once installed, making good any joinery.
- Experienced Multi Trade to carry out painting, filling, grouting and sealing.
- Working in social housing tenanted properties ensuring they are delivered to a liveable standard, including general maintenance works.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- Full UK driving license is required.
About You
Ideally you will possess a joinery/Multi Trade qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
