Our Cardiff Capital unit has successfully secured new projects, which puts us in the fortunate position of looking for qualified Multi Trade Operatives. In return, we offer stability in a permanent role, working as part of a driven and high achieving directly employed team to complete refurbishment and repairs on void properties in the Cardiff area.

The Multi Trade Operative role:
You will be undertaking various refurbishment and repair work, including kitchen & bathroom Fitting, patch plastering, flooring, and tiling
Good working knowledge of all trades is desirable. However, the ability to undertake most trades is a must
Working individually and sometimes as part of a small trade team, whilst always working on completing targets.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
Qualified in a core trade to an NVQ level 2 or higher or similar professional body, Carpentry or Plumbing preferable
Demonstrable previous experience of working as a Multi Operative in social housing void properties
Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation completed at all stages
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence is essential to undertake the Multi Trade role.
