Job Title: Multi Trader

Salary: 18.25 per hour plus company van & fuel card

Type: Temporary to Permanent (Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks of work)

Start Date: ASAP

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking Multi Traders to join a large social housing contractor team. In this role, you will be working on both void and tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and refurbishment tasks are carried out to a high standard.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Proven experience in social housing environments
• Able to carry out at least 2 of: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating
