We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Roofer to be a part of our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Godalming. The team specialise in day to day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishment of void properties for a reputable Social Housing client, you will be working in the Guildford area.

The Multi Trade Roofer role:
You will be responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including; repairs and maintenance cover roof leaks, felt & batton, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repair completions.
Able to demonstrate expertise and skillset in all aspects of pitched/flat roofing & associated elements
Experience in domestic repairs, including patch plastering, door handle and lock repairs, basic plumbing and tiling.
Taking pride in building relationships you will communicate effectively with the scheduler, tenants, and line manager.
Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Roofer?
Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing/ trowel related trade, or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role.
Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment.

Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant's homes within Social Housing settings.
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with use of a company van.
