Information on the role
- Willing to travel anywhere in the UK for project assignments.
- Co-ordinate on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage work schedules and allocate tasks to labourers.
- Provide leadership and supervision to construction teams.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve and on-site issues or challenges.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Keep accurate materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure efficient use resources to meet project deadlines.
What we’d like from you
- Proven Working Foreman/Multi Skilled Groundworker Experience in Construction
- Groundworks/Civils/Utilities experience
- Electrical Experience Desirable
- Renewable Energy Knowledge/Experience Desirable
- Willingness to travel to Sites
- CSCS
- SSSTS
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
