SalaryTXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Swansea and Carmarthenshire. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
MAIN DUTIES
- Using a handheld devise, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.
- Damp and mold contract work.
- Redecoration, basic plumbing, basic caprnetry etc.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- Various domestic maintenance tasks. - Mostly carpentry and plastering.
- Responsive maintenance.
- To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
- Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.
Hours: Monday – Friday.
Pay: £20 - £21 Per hour (CIS)
Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week.
Van required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- NVQ trade qualification(s)
- Multi trade experience
- Full current driving licence.
- A DBS check is required before commencement of role
