 ALL ROUND MULTI TRADERS - Carpentry and Plumbing experience required

• Temp Position with the option to go to Perm Positions
• Location: Patches to be allocated when all MTO's appointed to cover LU5, Walthamstow to Kettering ( M1 )
• Van, fuel card provided
• £15.83 per Hour PAYE or £19.59 per hour via umbrella 
• Mon - Fri 8am -5pm 40 hours per week

We're looking for a number of Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the LU5, Walthamstow to Kettering ( M1 ) areas with Patches to be allocated when all MTO's appointed.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
