Multimedia Designer

A unique role within our team we’re looking for a new Multimedia Designer to focus on visual communications. A talented Multimedia Graphic Designer you’ll be experienced with Photoshop and video editing software, with a complimentary design aesthetic which catches the eye of our retailer and their customers through visual story telling.
Your primary focus will be to design our store activation, marketing materials and customer communications. Ensuring each visual communication that meets the eye of our retailer or their customer exceeds design expectations. Continuously developing your skills you’ll start by utilising your 2D design, videography and animation skills, then lead the way with new and improved techniques as they evolve.
In this role you’ll also have a healthy mix of:
Everyday briefings and responsibilities to ensure you play your part in realising our strategy and meeting our deadlines to ensure product is on the right shelf at the right time
Innovation and conceptual design to present a pipeline inspiration options for us to capture the retailer and customers’ attention.
A new role in our team we’re looking for you to:
Have previous commercial experience of designing across a range of medias
Have strong story telling capabilities, cohesively expressed throughout your design process
Have a design education, ideally in graphic design, or previous experience of design with a technical understanding of the design process
Previous experience designing animated, advanced customer presentations in PowerPoint, FSDU’s or store formats, would be a significant advantage
Have commercial awareness and consumer insights with experiences of consciously applying this knowledge to your designs
Be proactive with your development, investing in your skills, so you can create new and innovate design development
Demonstrate a clear but evolving design aesthetic that connects with our retailer’s customers
A team player, resourceful and flexible
Be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and deadlines
