This exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Multiply Team in Bridgend. Multiply is a UK wide numeracy programme which aims to raise the numeracy levels of adults through the delivery of skills courses and qualifications. The programme is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The Marketing and Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners to generate leads so that potential Multiply participants in Bridgend are referred through the triage process to the appropriate delivery partner. There will be a need to develop innovative ways to ensure the maximum number of referrals to Multiply are reached, including marketing campaigns, the design of social media friendly content with the use of IT based design tools, and through community engagement, thus ensuring that the project remains on profile and individual engagement targets are met.
Working closely with Multiply delivery partners, and with key referral partners to raise the profile and awareness of the Programme, creating opportunities in which to identify new participants, engaging and referring them into the programme. The postholder will develop and participate in the delivery of community activities and events.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
