We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment and are committed to your ongoing training and development.What Your Trainee Role Entails:Participating in the entire dispensing processAssisting with checking and preparing medication ordersEnsuring utmost accuracy and safety in handling and distributing pharmaceuticalsEstablishing and nurturing positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionalsDelivering exceptional customer service with courtesy and effectiveness.As well as gaining hands-on experience in prescription dispensing, you also have the opportunity to:Complete and maintain accurate administrative recordsAssist in managing the inventory of pharmaceutical stock and equipmentReceive, store, and issue medications and other suppliesMonitor expiration dates and ensure adequate stock levelsProvide healthcare advice and direct customers to appropriate resources when neededTotal Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Working Pattern: Flexible Rate of Pay: £13.73 + £1 Multisite Supplement About Our CompanyAt Rowlands, we strive for excellence in everything we do and prioritize the needs of our customers. As a multisite trainee, you may be required to work in more than one branch per week.
