Salary: £39,921.92-£43,248.75

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.
We're four years young and growing in the provision of our on site solutions to the prison service and want applicants with:
Refrigeration and air conditioning engineer qualified toC&G 6187 - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. and NVQ level 3 Diploma in Refrigeration and AirConditioning or equivalent.
Qualified to C&G 2079 - Refrigerant Handling
Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (ElectricalInstallation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
Must have a certificate in BS7671 - The RequirementsFor Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition.
Two years experience working in a role as a HVACMultiskilled Engineer or equivalent
Experience working on commercial or industrialRefrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
Excellent organisational skills / Time management /Ability to prioritise and organise own workload / able towork to deadlines
Strong communication skills
Good working knowledge of relevant health and safetyrequirements
At least 2 years Previous experience in a similar role
Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
