For the right candidate you will need the following
- Experience working in a manufacturing / production engineering setting.
- Great communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Experience of working with reduced numbers on shift
Qualification / Skillset
- Relevant engineering qualifications ( DESIRED ) – ( NVQ – HNC )
- Apprentice Trained ( DESIRED )
- Multiskilled – Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical ( Mechanical bias is accepted as long as basics for electrical are known as the correct person to join the team will be expected to get the ball rolling ASAP )
