Working for a public sector organisation in their commercial estates & facilities department.
The role has come about due to a new site being built. They now need a new multiskilled engineer to be based on that site on a permanent basis.
* All work based on 1 site in Sheffield
* Salary between £33,000 & £35,000
* 38 paid days leave per annum
* Very attractive pension scheme
* 35 working hours per week

Due to the nature of the site this will also be a great opportunity for someone to progress into a role within the pharmaceuticals industry (can provide more info on this).
Your new role
Commercial building maintenance
Completing PPM's & statutory checks
Routine maintenance
Reactive/responsive repairs
Will include mechanical and electrical work as well as general building fabric work
What you'll need to succeed
Must have a relevant HNC or trade qualification (ideally mechanical/plumbing or electrical)
Driving license not required for the role but prefered as will be much easier to get to site
Commercial maintenance experience essential
