- Good knowledge and use of pin-pulling equipment
- Have Multi-skilled knowledge
- Willingness to work long hours where necessary (overtime will be included).
- Minimum 2 years of painting, panel and MET experience
- Minimum 1-year mobile repair experience
- Be confident in painting large jobs and be able to make accurate blends
- A self-motivated individual and able to work on their initiative
- Hard-working
- Has great attention to detail
- Been customer-facing in former roles
- Prepared to travel daily
- Good timekeeper
