Munich Based EA

My elite client (Private Equity firm), are searching for an EA to join their team in Munich. You will support the DACH team which consists of two Directors and three investor team members. You must have worked within the Private Equity space supporting more than one individual before. The role is based in the office in Munich and requires fluency in German and English. The company has a wonderful flat line structure and are merely looking to hire someone who is genuine, professional and fits their warm culture. 
What you'll do:
- Help other EA's when needed and be a team player 
- Aiding to make the team you support as efficient as possible so they can focus on the three things that move the needle the most. You will spend about 80% of your time on this.
- Support with company-wide projects. You will spend about 20% of your time on this. Past projects have included large scale external events, CRM cleanses and internal strategy days.
Who you'll be:
- You will be a top-class EA with solid experience working in a fast-paced environment (Ideally within PE or Finance), supporting multiple individuals. 
- You will have a low ego and high emotional intelligence
- You are a hard-working self-starter
