To co-ordinate the provision of services to Looked after Children, Care Leavers and vulnerable children
To ensure that care pathways are in place and followed with quality assurance processes in place
To oversee and report monthly and quarterly KPIs and complete an Annual Report
To act as Trust lead for Child Exploitation and Serious Youth Violence
To provide health input to high risk panels for children and young people including CEAM (Child Exploitation and Missing) and Channel
To contribute to the work of the Corporate Parenting Board
To ensure that all staff who work with Looked after Children and other vulnerable groups have had training appropriate for their role
