About the Role
  • You will develop appropriate pricing strategies for all services and review the Service Level Agreements (SLA) against services provided by Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) carried out by each region.
  • The National Accounts Director will be responsible for identifying and maximising business development opportunities within client portfolio.
  • You will be expected to build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with the client and maintain frequent contact with their Senior Executive team.
  • You will be comfortable providing the client with real value which includes actively proposing and helping to implement new and innovative solutions in order to meet and exceed the overall revenue and profit targets.
  • You will be thorough, using judgment to highlight any significant issues and put forward any recommendations and work in collaboration with teams to help find an appropriate solution.
  • Working in partnership with the client to deliver an outstanding service in order to retain and grow the business by managing the relationship, the National Accounts Director will play a huge role.
  • You will have the ability to exercise discretion across a range of core, key and strategic clients/ relationships. You will have a thorough understanding of the security industry and associated British Standards which will enable you to deliver compliance throughout the portfolio.
  • In conjunction with each Region and also the client you will have the ability to generate and implement quality and compliance processes, manuals specifically designed to install a consistent approach against each account, keeping in view and coupled with Securitas polices and commitment to delivering business standards and excellence
  • Drive the Purpose Strategy through all levels of the business, ensuring that everyone understands the business purpose and supports the three main elements of Client Centricity, Innovation and Empowered People.
  • Engage with the customer's organisation and decision makers, utilise business and industry skills to create new opportunities to accelerate mutual growth.
  • Negotiate regular price reviews across the account and take responsibility for ensuring debt is paid to terms
  • Gain a full understanding of the customer's business objectives, cultures & decision-making process, identify stakeholders & key decision makers, in depth knowledge of their purchasing strategy and competitive market.
  • Create a detailed and long-term account plan and engagement plan across the entire account
  • Provide total account support focused on the service delivered to the customer and maximise customer satisfaction levels.
  • Support the Area Directors and Protective Services Branch Managers across the account to ensure excellent customer relationships at all levels Analyse, identify and create productivity and efficiency savings across the account for the benefit of the customer and Securitas and utilising expertise available across all Securitas businesses.
  • Understand the financial and legal requirements of the Account.
  • Ensure that the customer is presented with coherent and professional MI statistics in relation to account performance.
  • Create effective working relationships between the different members of the virtual account team to continue to drive and improve account team productivity and ensure the customer receives a consistently high standard of service.
  • Interact with Business divisions and operational teams at all levels to ensure efficient service provision and service solution
  • Applying excellent client integration with the appropriate Stakeholder to align Securitas business standards and values with the specific clients / accounts own policies and procedures designed to increase consistencies throughout.

Must have:

  • Previous Management Experience
  • 5-year checkable employment history
  • UK driving license with access to a vehicle
  • Good level of PC literacy is required, able to use MS Word, Excel, and E-Mail (Outlook) to a high standard
