* National Account Executive - £30,000 - £32,000 - Hybrid Working based in Manchester *
Futures are excited to be partnering with a leading, multi - billion £ FMCG manufacture who are well-known in the market for their market leading products we all use on a daily basis!
This is an exciting National Account Executive opportunity to support a well-established Sales function to manage key national and regional accounts across Grocery, Wholesale, Convenience and Discounter channels. You will represent a market leading portfolio of consumer goods products which equates to a large % of the businesses turnover.
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and assisting the Sales team to delivering the implementation of account specific business plans within a number of top tier customer accounts
- Planning and delivering profitable promotional activities
- Scouting out new business opportunities and developing a rolling 3-year account growth plan
- Collaborate with senior commercial team and buyers to identify and grow opportunities within your brands and categories
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams to optimise categories and search terms to drive traffic to product pages and generate interest, conversions and sales
- Manage Visual Merchandising - Review images/product information - maintaining the appearance, accuracy and standards of all brands and categories
- Monitor competitor activity to understand the marketplace/environment
- Complete regular Forecasting - work with in-house supply chain team to ensure solid forecast plans are in place
Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within Key Accounts
- Experience within the FMCG industry, managing a market-leading product portfolio
- Proven track record of driving new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- A positive and proactive attitude, who is self-motivated and capable of working both independently and across functions
