Hybrid – Uxbridge (2 days office minimum)
Contract: 12-18 months
Early Friday finish (Mon – Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00, Friday: 08:00 – 13:30)

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with our client based centrally in Uxbridge.

They are seeking a National Account Manager with relevant high street/grocery experience to join them on a 12–18-month contract period.

Working as part of this rapidly growing personal care company, our client boasts a global portfolio of brands and is seeking someone who can manage and promote their premium, yet accessible product portfolio.

National experience within the grocery sector and/or the high street retail sector is crucial, as a key responsibility will be the daily management, promotion, and running of key accounts within these sectors.

Key duties for this role will include:

• Attending internal/external meetings, including those with retailers.
  
  • NPD Tracker.
  • Overstocks/Clearances ~ updating clearance lists.
  • Gate Meetings.
• Attend range review meetings with retailers.
• Forecasting – monthly meetings with Account Managers, etc.
• Updating pricelists with changes/new listings.
• Managing promotional budgets - managing, logging, and approving invoices and keeping internal promotional trackers up-to-date.
• Keeping customers updated with images and relevant product copy, etc.
• EPOS - report & commentary every Monday morning (across all brands).
• Order Monitoring.
  
  • Managing and checking POs for discrepancies.
  • Checking quantities against forecasts.
  • Sending POs to Customer Services with delivery dates.
  • Liaising with Supply Chain & monitoring progress of orders.
  • Working with the warehouse on updates & orders.
• Updating the Retail Stockist List and weekly shortage reports for Grocery Accounts.
• Managing range changes – helping with presentation if required.

Ideally, you will have:

• National Account Experience within grocery and/or high street retail sectors.
• Demonstrable knowledge of managing key accounts within these sectors.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a highly proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working as part of an outgoing Sales Team.
