o Lead on the development and delivery, in collaboration with key stakeholders, of the national programme plan for recovering and sustaining Endoscopy services in NHS Wales. Monitor implementation and advise on detailed work stream plans to support delivery of the project. o Lead for the development and maintenance of all aspects of programme management, including risk and issue management, benefits realisation, supporting transformational change, through deployment of programme/project management methods and the line management of a programme team. o Line manage the National Endoscopy Team to provide support to the programme, including leadership and project management support. Responsible for recruiting and managing specialist clinical support/clinical sessions allocated, to provide clinical leadership and advice to the development and implementation of sustainable endoscopy services through the programme. o Provide leadership and direction across situations where highly complex ideas or concepts need to be interpreted and implemented in easily understood language, for example interpreting service modelling and providing health boards with a detailed impact description of introducing faecal immunochemical testing (FIT) and a phased reduction in test sensitivity and screening age range to optimal points. o Demonstrate an ability to influence at all levels and have success in building, leading, motivating, managing and developing teams.
