Job description

Our team in London currently has an opening for a National Field Sales Manager

About the role:

To contribute to the business EBITDA budgeted target through the management of the External Sales Team, also to implement the overall Kluman & Balter sales strategy.

To ensure the external High Street sales team achieve growth targets and to organise, assist and coach sales team to achieve individual targets.

As a National Field Sales Manager, it will be your responsibility to:

  • Ensure Account Managers achieve budgeted sales targets.
  • Analysis and interpretation of data to identify andunderstand shortfalls to budget.
  • Devise and implement strategy including price management tobridge variances to budget.
  • Manage and lead sales campaigns across business sectors.
  • Coach, develop and manage Account Managers to ensure highlevels of activity and appropriate direction of focus, with full recordscaptured of activity.
  • Requirement to compile and present reports andpresentations.
  • Some Key Account management responsibilities.
