** National Field Service Manager - Homebased **
Salary is up to £55,000 + car allowance (£6,000)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Field Service Manager to join a national food processor who are expanding their customer base.
Ideally, you will have several years of experience in a similar position within the food / drinks industry and have strong road links to the A & M1.
Key requirements:
- Experience in a field based role
- Experience managing engineering teams
- Food manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Recognised engineering qualifications
- Strong Health & Safety Knowledge
Deliverable Outcomes:
- Ensure strict compliance with H&S, Food Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of equipment installations in line with OEM recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong H&S leadership, implementing well-defined processes for maintenance activities, contractor control, and LOTO.
- Establish and maintain a robust PPM schedule, ensuring activities are completed within allocated timeslots to enhance equipment reliability for production demands.
- Provide clear visibility into departmental performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prudently manage the maintenance budget, adhering to financial controls.
- Develop a forward-thinking 5-year CapEx plan aligned with the site's strategic direction.
- Implement a strong development and succession plan within the maintenance team.
- Foster collaborative relationships with the site team and central support functions.
