Salary Site Manager & National Grid Competent Person wanted for a start!
Site Manager & National Grid Competent Person required for a busy contractor for a 6 month contract working on 400 High Voltage in Middlesbrough. This role will require a Site Manager to run the full scheme, supervising own staff and subcontractors, ensuring the site is run safely and effectively. This is an initial 6 month contract available for the right candidate and potentially much more work with this contractor for those wiling to travel.
The Site Manager & National Grid Competent Person job will require:
Site Management on all aspects of the scheme
Working closely with the client and the Project/Contracts Managers within the business
Working with the management team to guide the projects in the right direction to be completed on time and under budget
Running inductions, toolbox talks and making sure workers are safe at all times
Ensuring work is completed to high standard
The Site Manager & National Grid Competent Person ideal candidate will have:
HSG47
Temporary Works Supervisor
National Grid Competent Person
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Own transport to get to site
A good attitude to work and willingness to work
