Our Community Hubs are integral to making this change.
We are currently seeking a National Lead of Research andBest Practice to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As our National Lead of Research andBest Practice, you will oversee our Research and Best Practice work.
Designing and leading Research and development programmes and projects, you will ensure that work is delivered to time and quality expectations, within budget and with appropriate measures of its impact.
You will also work with colleagues to identify and secure sources of income, including through proactive approaches to funders and partners, responding to tenders and calls for proposals and through the development of products and services.
Additionally, you will:
- Work with key stakeholders in developing the Oasis Apprenticeship Programme
- Engage with evidence bases underpinning existing professional development programmes
- Maintain a strong network of external relationships
- Oversee quality-assurance
About You
To be considered as our National Lead of Research andBest Practice, you will need:
- Experience in a senior research related role in the education sector
- Experience delivering on collaborative projects
- Experience of working at a postgraduate level
- An understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- To be educated to degree level or equivalent and experience of working at a senior level in a specialist area
Please note, this role will involve travel to different regions of the country where Oasis is located.
