Are you an autonomous Financial Services professional passionate about adding significant value through Training & Development?
My Client is seeking an enthusiastic Regulatory Learning Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to autonomously design, develop, and implement a cutting-edge Learning and Development (L&D) strategy, specifically tailored for the IFA & Mortgage sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Autonomy: Take the lead in designing and implementing a forward-thinking L&D strategy, utilising your autonomy to make impactful decisions. ??
Exciting Initiatives: Spearhead exciting and innovative training initiatives that engage and inspire learners within the Regulatory landscape of Wealth Management. �?
Value Addition: Add significant value by ensuring that training programs align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. ??
Develop Others: Act as a mentor and guide for team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the organisation. �?
Technology Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge technology and blended learning models to enhance the overall effectiveness of training programs. ??
Full Training Life Cycle Knowledge: Showcase expertise in the entire training life cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to learning. ??
Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to continuously enhance and evolve the L&D strategy. ??
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience and quals. (DipL4) in the Financial Services sector, showcasing developing and implementing successful L&D strategies. ??
Comprehensive background in Wealth Management, demonstrating the ability to add value to training initiatives. ??
Strong understanding of Regulatory requirements within the IFA & Mortgage sectors. ??
Familiarity with innovative and technology-driven learning solutions, developing an exciting and engaging learning experience. ??
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for developing others. ??
