Job Title: National Sales Manager
Salary: Flexible DOE, circa £50,000 - £70,000 + bonus + car

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for our brand. Leading a team of Sales Managers and Surveyors, the successful candidate will drive sales growth, maintain client relationships, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Surveying team to achieve targets.
- Support Sales team in driving growth and managing territories effectively.
- Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to optimize sales plans.
- Review survey completions to ensure KPIs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate Sales Managers to increase market share and revenue.
- Prepare and deliver sales meetings and presentations for customer reviews.
- Oversee recruitment and training programs for the sales team.
- Forecast annual sales budgets and implement price adjustments as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies throughout business activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales strategies, leadership, and team management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
