The successful National Sales Engineer / National Sales Manager / Sales Manager will work remotely, covering the South West of the UK selling to key accounts within the compressed air sector.
The successful National Sales Engineer / National Sales Manager / Sales Manager will be managing a Sales Teams that specialises in Oil Free Compressors as well Key accounts and new business development of compressed air-related equipment in to various industries within the compressed air sector such as Vacuums, Blowers, Dryers, Oil free Compressors, air fittings, hoses, pneumatics, hydraulics or similar mechanical engineering products.

National Sales Engineer / National Sales Manager / Sales Manager Role
- Managing a number of key accounts via the distribution channels and OEM customers in to various industries.
- Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling various compressed air products and the services Maintaining Oil free Compressed Air sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
- Optimise operational effectiveness and foster strategic partnerships to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a skilled sales team, including field sales engineers and a Business Development Manager.
- Work closely with the UK Managing Director to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Strengthen our presence in key sectors with tailored compressed air solutions.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication within the sales team.
- Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments.

National Sales Engineer / National Sales Manager / Sales Manager Requirements.
Experience selling or servicing mechanical engineering equipment such as compressors, Blowers, Dryers, vacuums and similar products. A Manufacturing Engineer Process Engineer or Service Engineers looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would also be of interest. - Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering manufacturer.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams within the compressed air industry.
- Industry Experience: Experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Leader, or similar role within the compressed air sector.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
- Strategic Focus: Strategic mindset for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sector Knowledge: Understanding of key sectors such as Data Centre and Medical is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (more than half of the time).
- Technical Background: A degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) is beneficial.
A technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
