Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Estate Agent Negotiator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.

2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

4. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding market conditions, pricing trends, and property values.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract potential buyers.

6. Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in real estate.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a real estate agent or negotiator is preferred but not required.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

6. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.

7. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
