Salary: OTE £40 - 50k (Basic £23-25K Plus Car allowance )
Position: Permanent - Full Time

Ideal Candidate: Passionate about property, competitive, and motivated to win. Previous Estate Agency experience preferred – hit the ground running! 
Skills Needed:

• Experience in residential estate agency/negotiation
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Top-notch customer service
• Stellar sales ability
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license and own car essential 
• Local knowledge of Weybridge preferred
• Professional approach to Estate Agency
