Join Our Team as a Neighbourhood Advisor

With a presence in Broxbourne and across southeast Hertfordshire, we currently support over 12,000 individuals in 5,000 homes.
The Role
We're seeking a Neighbourhood Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week). In this crucial role, you'll take charge of addressing tenancy management such as tenancy sign-ups, enforcement, anti-social behaviour and serving notices when required. You'll ensure our customers' safety, document cases, and maintain compliance with our policies.
Your focus on exceptional customer service will drive you to offer tailored support, empowering our customers to sustain their tenancies and help our communities thrive.
To excel as a Neighbourhood Advisor, you should possess:
- Prior experience in a customer service or customer-facing role across any industry.
- Strong teamwork skills to resolve challenging cases collaboratively.
- A knack for personalising services to meet diverse customer needs.
- Effective management and prioritisation of caseloads to ensure timely resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A* - C.
- A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Experience in tenancy management, particularly within a social housing organisation, is advantageous. Please note that a DBS check is mandatory for this role.
