We are now looking for a Neighbourhood and ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Neighbourhood and ASB Manager, you will coach a team of Neighbourhood & ASB Advisors to provide an excellent, customer-focused housing management service.
Managing complex and serious ASB cases, you will oversee legal action and provide support to the Neighbourhood Advisors as they manage enforcement action, dealing with all breaches of tenancy, such as nuisance, fraud and anti-social behaviour cases.
You will champion change within the team, reviewing processes to ensure that the front-line service is delivered efficiently and in line with best practice within legislation, and developed in a way that demonstrates ongoing service improvement.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage and support your team and assist in recruitment
- Champion excellent customer service
- Obtain civil injunctions, criminal behaviour orders and premises closure orders
- Use customer insight data to develop community plans
- Investigate and respond to all reports of serious antisocial behaviour
About You
To be considered as a Neighbourhood and ASB Manager, you will need:
- Experience of preparing court paperwork and attending court for tenancy enforcement
- Experience working with vulnerable people and people with complex needs
- Excellent knowledge of housing law (specifically tenancy law & ASB legislation)
- An understanding of tenancy enforcement measures
- People management and leadership skills
- Coaching skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
You will also be required to have an enhanced criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
