.NET Developer - Tonbridge/Hybrid - �45,000 to �50,000
I am currently partnered with one of the UK's most reputable claim management companies within the UK insurance industry. We are trying to find a experienced and motivated .NET Developer to join their Software engineering team. The successful candidate will help build, design, maintain and improve the core systems that are used by both clients and customers.
As a member of a crucial team, you'll design and implement cutting-edge systems independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include developing an in-house claims system, mentoring junior team members, and swiftly rectifying software defects. Deliver high-quality software solutions on time, engage with business users, and provide accurate estimates. Showcase your work in show and tell sessions, demonstrating ownership and attention to detail. Enjoy a sociable and supportive environment, with regular training and a well-thought-out progression plan. Take the opportunity to mentor and support junior engineers in their professional and technical development.
About the .NET Developer role:
* Based in Tonbridge
* Hybrid role (3 days a week on site)
* Flexible working hours between 8am and 6pm
* Offering between �45,000 to �50,000 per annum
* 1 stage interview process (remote)
Required experience of the .NET Developer role:
* Minimum 2 years commercial .NET web application development experience.
* Strong experience with modern web development using HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
* Technical experience with C#, SQL, .NET,
* Experience with Full stack development and Web based applications
* Experience working in an agile team (SCRUM)
* Strong experience with unit testing
* Technical troubleshooting
Desired experience of the .NET Developer role:
* Azure DevOps
* Azure Cloud Platform (PaaS)
* XUnit/NUnit unit testing
* Typescript
* Angular 11
* Microservices and Containers
* Insurance claims processing
* Design Patterns and Best Practices
