Overview

Apadmi Performance is a division of Apadmi. We support and optimise our clients’ digital products to help them reach their full potential. We do this by ensuring the technology is always available, and maximising the users who can discover, onboard and have the experience they expect, using data alongside real user engagement to help drive our decisions.

We are seeking a mid-level .NET Developer who will lead the team in supporting and maintaining multiple customer systems, as well as developing enhancements.

What you’ll do

Maintain and enhance existing .NET Rest API applications, working collaboratively with a variety of other areas of the business as part of a Scrum Team.

Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.

Work closely with teams to deploy and monitor applications in Azure.

Optimise and refactor code to improve maintainability and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define and enhance products.

Stay informed about the latest updates and versions of .NET and related technologies, and implement upgrades as necessary.

Maintain code quality and contribute to code standards and documentation

Availability for out of hours support may be required as part of an on-call rota.

Required skills

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has

Proven experience in .NET, and C# software development and maintenance.

Experience with Rest API maintenance, and optimization.

Good knowledge of database technologies like SQL Server, Cosmo Db

Familiarity with Azure cloud services, particularly in a maintenance and optimization context.

Good collaboration and communication skills.

Desired Skills

Experience of database systems like SQL Server or CosmoDb

Web Development skills with use of technologies like React or Angular

Experience of IaC technologies like Terraform

CI/CD technologies like TeamCity, and Azure DevOps

Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket

Experience in mentoring junior engineers, patient and a strong team player.
