About the role
Are you a Developer with experience in the Microsoft.NET suite of products? Do you have experience with Azure cloud-based technologies? Are you looking for your next role at an industry leading company? Then keep reading!
As a .NET Engineer, you’ll be working with the Microsoft.NET suite of products and Azure cloud-based technologies. We're a fully remote based team working from home, so you need to be a great communicator not only verbally but also in writing. We do get together from time-to-time in one of our UK offices, so occasional travel will be required.
With your passion for technology, you’ll be key to the development of our current and future cloud-based enterprise product to make a real impact for our customers.

- Contributing to an enterprise application.
- Using design and code reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring defects are dealt with quickly and effectively.
- Designing and maintaining new features based on client requirements.
- Effectively communicating new ideas, designs and achievements in meetings.

Skills & experience
We’d love it if you have:
- A strong technical understanding of C# and Microsoft .NET.
- Knowledge of Azure and micro-services architecture.
- TypeScript and JavaScript: Experience in developing rich web applications across a wide range of browsers, for all form factors.
- Unit Testing: Ability to write comprehensive unit tests for key areas of work.
- Awareness of Agile software practices and work effectively within a development team.
- Version Control: Understanding of GIT desirable.
- Knowledge of Azure integration stack products: Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid, etc are desirable.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Arm Templates/Terraform.
- T-SQL: Fluency in SQL and have a clear understanding of writing and optimising queries.
- Web Design practice: Ability to understand and apply responsive principles on desktop and mobile.
- Accessibility: Ability to design features to ensure accessibility.
- Knowledge of web frameworks including Bootstrap and jQuery.
